Opening a Service Plan
The Service Plans area shows services you have access to. A plan is built from ordered slots, making it easy to follow what happens next and who is responsible.
Responsibilities
When a slot is assigned to you, Sundeo visually emphasizes that responsibility so it stands out from the rest of the order.
Print / Save as PDF
Service Plans use an in-app print preview. The printed format is a fixed half-sheet layout with two identical 5.5 × 8.5-style copies side-by-side on landscape letter paper.
Calendar links and plan notifications
Service Plans can connect directly to the Calendar date they belong to. Normal recurring Service dates connect automatically by date, while a Service occurrence changed into a special event can use its own title, color, featured image, and plan connection.
When a plan is published, Sundeo can notify the people who are relevant because they were assigned directly or because their Service Role is included. Editors can also intentionally notify relevant users after an important update, while ordinary saves do not need to generate another alert every time a small edit is made.
